Some parts can be formed out of a single piece of metal, but in other cases, you will need to join two pieces of metal together to form your desired shape. Joining metal together requires subjecting part of the metal surfaces to extreme heat so they are fluid enough to be combined, forming one connected part upon cooling. This process is called welding.
We have the capacity to handle large production welding fabrication services, usually in combination with our CO2 welding & Arc welding services. Our welding services are well suited to projects ranging from highly custom to basic large volume orders.
- Carbon Dioxide (CO2) is the most common of the reactive gases used in MIG welding and the only one that can be used in its pure form without the addition of inert gas. CO2 is also the least expensive of the common shielding gases, making an attractive choice when material costs are the main priority.
- Arc Welding is a type of welding that uses a welding power supply to create an electric arc between a metal stick (“electrode”) and the base material to melt the metals at the point of contact.
At Vachi Fabrication & Engineering we aim to handle all metal fabrication jobs in the most professional and flawless manner possible. This allows our customers the freedom to focus on their core competencies, fostering customer growth without the restriction of manufacturing constraints and large capital investment. You can count on us to deliver metal products when you need them, how you need them.
